Please do not upload highly sensitive personal information, confidential records, or files you are not authorized to use.

How we use information

We process information to provide the requested tool, deliver generated files, respond to enquiries, maintain security, diagnose faults, improve the website, measure traffic, prevent abuse, and display or measure advertising.

Uploaded files

Uploaded files are used only to perform the operation you request. Files used by synchronous operations are removed from temporary request storage when processing finishes. Files needed for multi-step conversion and generated downloads are stored under unguessable identifiers and are scheduled for automatic deletion 60 minutes after creation. Cleanup runs every five minutes, so removal normally occurs within about 65 minutes. You should download your result promptly and keep your own copy. We do not sell the contents of uploaded documents or use them to train AI models.

Analytics, advertising, and cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand website usage and Google AdSense to serve and measure advertising. Third-party vendors, including Google, may place or read cookies, use web beacons or IP addresses, and use advertising cookies to serve ads based on a visitor’s prior visits to this website or other websites, subject to consent choices and applicable law.

Sharing and retention

Security, children, and changes

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. We may update this policy and will post the revised date on this page.
